Abstract: Introduction: Approximately 30% of patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) develop primary resistance or relapse, owing to the high heterogeneity and aggressive nature of the disease. Consequently, novel drugs are urgently needed to improve outcomes in patients who are resistant. Methods: This study quantified the anti-proliferative effects of CCS1477 in vitro using the Cell Counting Kit-8 assay, 5‐ethynyl‐2′‐deoxyuridine staining, and lactate dehydrogenase measurement.
